Meet Maestro, playing in his pasture at six days of age. He is by Krusader out of Tortoin Porpoin, a thoroughbred mare. Michael Hostelter, his proud owner, is already making plans for his jumping career.
Wintersohn (Sunny) is a shimmering gray with
black points. She has remarkable floating gaites that are seldom seen except
at the very highest levels of dressage. They are elastic with breathtaking
suspension. She is sensitive, sound, has good substance yet is refined and
feminine. Her scores are usually in the 70's. Definite FEI potential. Waldnymph this delightful mare is a full sister to the Grand Prix stallion Windwaltzer. She has the same gentle temper as her mother as well as exceptional gaits that come from both parents. This Saxon/Wonnedame daughter is wonderful blending of the talents of both her parents. She is well started in dressage and received impressive scores in Training Level Tests. At 5 years she stands at 16:3 hh, and produces large, gentle foals. Selling price: $50,000.00
Partner is a 16:3hh Trakehner Grey gelding by Saxon out of Pfeffer by
Abdullah. He has excellent conformation and good bone for his size, yet
is still refined and elegant. He is well started in dressage and his
three lovely gaits have either won or placed second in the eight dressage
classes under three different judges.
Partner is a full brother to Kabaret and
shows many of the same fine qualities that have made her a successful
competitor. He has been started over fences and has a real aptitude for
jumping. He canters down the line and his athletic ability and quiet,
unflappable attitude makes it all seem so easy.
Partner was bred and raised here at High
Meadow in ideal conditions for a young horse to develop and naturally
exercise. His frame was not stressed early, as is the case with many
sporthorses, and it is one of the reasons that High Meadow horses live long
and sound lives.
Partner is the ideal companion
as well as competition horses for either a amateur or professional.

Wiesbaden is a delightful purebred Trakehner foaled in 2003.
Wiesbaden is by Hennessey and out of Wonneseele by Saxon. She is well started
under saddle and loves the work. She is so easy to train that you
almost think that she was born knowing all about carrying a rider.
She is a dark steel grey, has a beautiful face, large eye and sculptured
head. Wiesbaden is a full sister to Wunchliede, owned by Dr. Debra
Bellingham. Debbie tells me that she is the delight of her life and
the perfect horse in every way.
Wiesbaden is the first to greet you at the gate in the morning. She is looking forward to her first dressage show this fall.
Winterfest began his competition career as a dressage horse, and he
did very well, usually scoring 73 or 74 in recognized dressage shows. I
decided to broaden his career options and started him over fences. It took
him awhile to recognize the difference between a dressage line (never, ever,
go over it), and a OK jump. He soon got the hang of it and his dressage
exercises enhanced his flexibility, his collection and extensions and total
athletic ability.
Winterfest covers the ground like a big horse yet has the compactness to make the tight turns, his changes are right on and he is pure elastic between the jumps. Winterfest won the 3'3 at the Santa Barbara National Horse show and was Reserve Champion at the 3'6 with a 11 year old girl on board. He is totally sound and ready to go into the ring and win!
